Effective Date: October 8, 2026

This policy supplements Adorne Medical Aesthetics’ general Privacy Policy and describes practices concerning consumer health data that may be subject to the Washington My Health My Data Act. It does not apply to information exempt from that law, including protected health information governed by HIPAA or healthcare information collected, used, or disclosed under applicable Washington healthcare privacy law.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data
Depending on how you interact with us, consumer health data may include information about your interest in or request for aesthetic, skin, injectable, laser, wellness, hormone, weight management, infusion, massage, or related services; appointment or service inquiry information; information you voluntarily provide about symptoms, goals, treatments, or health concerns; and information that may permit an inference about health interests from website activity.

2. Sources
We may collect this information directly from you, from your interaction with adorne.org, from appointment or client portal services you choose to use, and from service providers that support our website, scheduling, analytics, advertising, or communications.

3. Purposes
We may collect and use consumer health data to respond to your request, help identify an appropriate service or consultation, schedule and administer appointments, provide customer support, operate and secure our services, comply with law, and perform other purposes disclosed at the time of collection with any consent required by law.

4. Categories Shared
We may share the categories described above only as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, as directed by you, with your consent, or as permitted by law.

5. Third Parties and Affiliates
Depending on your interaction, consumer health data may be shared with service providers such as Aesthetic Record for scheduling and client portal functions, Showit for website hosting and operation, Google for analytics and advertising services, communication and technology vendors, professional advisers, and government or legal authorities when required. We do not sell consumer health data.

6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data about you; access that data and a list of third parties or affiliates with whom it was shared or sold; withdraw consent to collection or sharing; and request deletion. You may make a request without creating a new account.

7. Requests and Appeals
Submit requests to info@adorne.org or call 360-996-4322. Put “Consumer Health Data Request” in the email subject line. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Consumer Health Data Appeal” in the subject line. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.

8. Changes
We will update this policy before collecting or using additional categories of consumer health data or using data for materially different purposes when consent is required.
